Can I return or exchange bedding?
All bedding, excluding pillows, that is unopened in its original packaging may be returned for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee and shipping, within 30 days of your original sales receipt. Pillows may be returned within 48 hours of receipt if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
If you need to return or exchange your item, please send an e-mail over to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (978) 261-5469 to let us know that will be shipping it back to us so we can be on the lookout for your return. We'd also love to get your feedback on why the item ultimately wasn't a good fit for you. For your protection, to ensure you receive your credit, we recommend shipping it back to us with tracking. Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund within 2 business days.
Can I return a mattress, foundation, or boxspring?
Unfortunately, some things in life are simply non-returnable. All mattresses, foundations, and boxsprings are not returnable. We know how comfortable our mattresses are, so we offer them with absolute confidence. However, comfort is extremely subjective, so we encourage you to spend as much time at the store as needed. We're always happy to have you visit us multiple times to be sure you've found the perfect mattress.
Comfort Layer Exchange
Some of our mattresses are made up of multiple layers to achieve a specific feel. If you find that within the first year of ownership of your mattress that you need to adjust your mattresses' firmness, let us know. We will replace one (1) layer per side of the bed at no cost to you. If you are outside of our delivery range, you will be responsible for returning the original layer(s) back to Boston Luxury Beds.
